We are looking for a certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant. Ideally, you have vast experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects. You know how to handle the whole project process from strategy, design, and configuration through to integration, testing, and deployment.

In this role, you will be working with clients and with the Cloudideas team translating business needs into Salesforce solutions. You are familiar with a number of marketing tools and how different technologies are used and integrated to drive marketing results. You will act as the project manager for Marketing Cloud implementations and will be hands-on with the platform. The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem solver with a “get it done” attitude with a passion for helping companies to solve business challenges and technology problems.

• Thanks to your deep understanding of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud and experience in previous MC implementation projects, you will be in charge of Marketing Cloud implementation projects. 
• You will model business processes and customer experience journeys within the MC platform. 
• You will build lasting relationships with key clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Our consultants deliver documentation and quality assurance of projects they work on
• You will provide extensive care and services to our customers

• You have completed studies in Project Management or a similar subject and/or a comparable apprenticeship (preferred but not required). 
• Understanding of Marketing Cloud architecture and knowledge of the wider MarTech ecosystem
• Understanding of the Salesforce Marketing Ckoud solutions including customer journey management, email, mobile, social media, web personalization, content creation, and content management
• Experience designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions in client-facing and team leadership roles (e.g. technical lead, functional lead, solution architect, project manager)
• Marketing Cloud certification is a big plus
